At LhanelFit, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for quality, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
